Which charity are you supporting?

We are proud to be supporting The Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital Charity (registered charity number 1160875) link to the Charity website.

How long do I have to post my Sweaty Selfie?

You have until 20.00hrs GMT on Thursday 30 April 2020. Any sweat will do – remember to exercise within your limits!

Where can I post my Sweaty Selfie?

Post on your Facebook, Instagram or Twitter – remember your account will need to be public for us to find your #NHSSweatySelfie.

If I post more than once, will each sweaty selfie count?

Yes it will, but let’s get as many people as possible sweating for the NHS...get your friends and families involved .

I don’t live in the Birmingham area or the UK, can I still get involved?

Of course! We don’t mind where you live – anyone can get sweating for the NHS!

Do I need to do anything to my account so that you can find my sweaty selfie?

Your account will need to be made public for us to find your #NHSSweatySelfie

How much will Gymshark donate?

We will donate £5 for each selfie posted up to a grand total of £175,000. Help us reach our target!

How will you know how many selfies are posted?

Our social media team will be monitoring and tracking the #NHSSweatySelfie hashtag continually to make sure we don’t miss a single selfie posted.

Can I also donate?
